On the premises of Paraguayan congress on November 6 of 2019, the hearing for the presentation and discussion of the administrative procedure law took place. The proposition of the law, promoted by the senators Enrique Bacheta and Fernando Silva Facceti was elaborated with the contribution of Javier Parquet.
The law, elaborated with expertise seeks the systematization of the administrative norms, compressed in an individual law. This being possible thanks to the practical knowledge provided by Javier Parquet and his dedication to make this law achievable.
