Mr. Javier Parquet participated in LIDE’s Infrastructure Forum 2019, about the situation on the country, it´s challenges and the possibilities to engage in public and private projects.
Mr. Parquet presented an insightful lecture on the legal tools to secure private investment. The legal perspective takes a big part when making private investments or attending national regulations.
The Forum was conducted as well by many professionals and experts on infrastructure, presenting the economic, technical and legal analysis in the situation on possibilities in Paraguay.
